"I started Future Roofing with one simple rule - if I wouldn't accept it on my own house, it doesn't go on yours. Most of our work today comes from word of mouth and second jobs from happy customers. That's how I know we're doing it right."Get a quote from Billy
Three steps, and you see the photos before you see the price.
We come out and get proper eyes on the roof rather than guessing from the pavement, photograph what we find and show you the pictures. If it does not need doing, we tell you that too.
One price in writing covering materials, labour and the scaffolding, itemised so you can see what you are paying for. No day rates and nothing added later.
A realistic start date, the site left clean and the old material taken away, and 25 years of guarantee on the work in writing.
Answers to the most common questions we get.

Yes, and the inspection is free whether or not you go ahead. We get up and look properly, photograph what we find, then send a fixed written price. If a repair will do the job we will say so rather than selling you a full re-roof.
Roof repairs and leak tracing, full re-roofs in tile or slate, flat roofs in EPDM rubber and GRP fibreglass, ridge and verge repointing, chimney work and leadwork, and guttering, fascias and soffits.
Yes. Our work is covered by a 25-year guarantee, and the materials carry their own manufacturer warranties on top of that. You get both in writing with the paperwork, not as a verbal promise on the doorstep.
Yes. If water is coming in, the first job is making it safe and stopping the damage, which often means a temporary cover the same visit. We then quote the permanent fix once the roof is dry enough to see what actually failed.
Most work above single-storey height needs scaffolding or a tower, and where it does the cost is in the quote rather than added afterwards. We will tell you at the inspection whether your job needs it.
We're based in Newport and cover Caerleon, Cwmbran, Pontypool, Blackwood and the surrounding villages. Not sure if you're in range? Give us a call or request a quote and we'll let you know straight away.
A deposit covers the materials and the scaffolding once the job is booked in, then the balance on completion when you have seen the finished work. Everything is set out in writing before anyone goes up.
Tell us about your roof and Billy or one of the team will call you back the same day.
